AIA Fellows are recognized with the AIA's highest membership honor for their exceptional work and contributions to architecture and society. Only 3 percent of AIA members have this distinction. AIA Chicago invites you to join us for a discussion (and a toast!) with the three newest local Fellows:
- Linda Nelson Keane, FAIA
- Renauld Deandre Mitchell, FAIA
- Rael Slutsky, FAIA
Each new AIA Fellow will present a career overview, demonstrating the leading qualities that led to their achievement of FAIA status. Moderator Jane Cameron, FAIA, Chair of the AIA Chicago Fellows Committee, will additionally describe the Fellows nominating process and explain how the committee works with a candidate to support their journey toward Fellowship. There never is only one path toward Fellowship, and this Class of 2021 will expand upon the road they took to being elevated. We hope you'll join us in toasting Chicago's newly elevated Fellows on Tuesday, May 25th!
