Precedent and Tradition: New Houses by Robert A.M. Stern Architects
Pella Crafted Luxury, Merchandise Mart, Suite 100, Chicago
An evening exploring traditional residential architecture in Chicago.
Randy M. Correll, AIA, a partner at Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA), has designed houses across North America, from Martha's Vineyard to Los Angeles, with a special focus on Long Island's East End and the Chicago area. His ability to adapt traditional architecture vocabularies for contemporary living has brought him a loyal following, with many clients commissioning him to design both their city and country homes and extending the collaboration to their families' next generation. His projects have been published nationally in Architectural Record, The New York Times Magazine, Architectural Digest (including three cover stories), and Luxe. Randy is a co-author of Designs for Living: Houses by Robert A.M. Stern Architects (2014).
Tickets are $15, and all proceeds will be donated to the AIA Chicago Foundation. Wine, beer and refreshments will be provided.
