AIA Chicago to Host DESIGNIGHT 2022 at Jay Pritzker Pavilion in Millennium Park

AIA Chicago’s DESIGNIGHT 2022, the premier architectural celebration celebrating the global design achievements of members, will be hosted at Jay Pritzker Pavilion in Millennium Park on Monday, September 12, 2022, and will be hosted by Peter Sagal, host of NPR's hit podcast, Wait Wait... Don't Tell Me. 

DESIGNIGHT 2022 is a free event where everyone is welcome; the entire firm, clients, consultants, partners, friends, and family.

This year, AIA Chicago will be the Design Excellence Awards, recognizing projects of all scales, from Architecture XS to XL, and Interior Architecture S to L. The Lifetime Achievement Award, the Roberta Feldman Architecture for Social Justice Award, a new decarbonization award, and the inaugural People’s Choice Awards in partnership with the Chicago Architecture Center, will also be administered.

AIA Chicago serves nearly 4,000 architect members in the Chicagoland area through advocating for the profession, sharing knowledge among members, and partnering with communities. AIA Chicago is a component of The American Institute of Architects, and the second largest component in the nation.
