Celebrate small projects in a big way at AIA Chicago’s annual Small Project Awards Exhibit & LARGE PARTY!
The Small Project Awards recognize high quality work from Chicago architectural firms and exceptional local projects. All firms in the competition have fewer than ten licensed architects or architectural associates at the time of submission. Founded by the AIA Chicago Small Practitioners Group (SPG) and co-presented by the AIA Chicago Custom Residential Architects Network (CRAN), the Small Project Awards program celebrates the contributions that smaller firms make to the architecture profession, as well as the impact that small projects have on our communities.
A one-night-only pop-up exhibit at the party will showcase all entries to the competition, with winning projects (previously selected by a jury) receiving awards. This FREE event is open to the public and attracts over 700 building owners, home owners, architects, builders, developers, and other individuals interested in high quality design on a small scale.
