Please join the celebration of ADA 25 Chicago, helping to build public awareness in the design community, and excellence in universally accessible built environments.
Terry Guen Design Associates, a Chicago-based landscape architecture studio, as a proud program partner with ADA 25 Chicago, presents “Listen and Learn for Designers.” This ILASLA event features leading designers from Chicago’s landscape architecture, architecture, and civil engineering community in conversation with Joe Russo, Deputy Commissioner, City of Chicago, Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities.
This event will include an MOPD sneak-preview of upcoming changes to Chicago's 2016 ADA guidelines. This "Listen and Learn" also will feature leading design professionals discussing practice challenges, future visions, and examples of integrated, inclusive design. Following the panel discussion, questions from the audience will be taken as time allows.
