With reimbursement models now based on patient-reported experiences, patient-centered care has become top-of -mind in many healthcare organizations. At this program, participants will learn about the principles and evolution of patient-centered care, the associated measurable outcomes when these principals are applied, and why design matters when creating healing environments for patients and caregivers.
