Excessive moisture emissions related failures are a major problem and continue to rise with the abundance of new, fast track construction processes. LEED requirements, VOC compliance, health & safety concerns, and the general acceptance in the construction industry to incorporate “Green” technology, has exacerbated the problems associated with free water within concrete structures.
