Paris Tales: COP21 Impacts
AIA Chicago, 35 East Wacker Drive, #250
Last December, 146 nations from around the world gathered in Paris for the 2015 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP21). For this historic two-day gathering, delegates were invited from all nations across an array of industries. SOM Associate Director Arathi Gowda, AIA, AICP, attended COP21 as a member of the United States delegation representing architectural design. While there, she participated in a series of development sessions with global delegates from similar industries.
Join Arathi in a presentation and discussion on how Architects, Planners, and Engineers can continue to shape this important multi-national discussion, while designing for the impacts of Climate Change.
