Why do we save old buildings?
Presenters will provide local, regional and national examples of preservation challenges and successes where historic buildings and neighborhoods are transformed into thriving and vibrant places, spurring economic development and community revitalization. The presentation will provide some insight on the logistics of the planning, overall financing structure, and utilization of financial incentives to close the deal.
