Presenters will provide local, regional and national examples of preservation success stories where historic buildings and neighborhoods are transformed into thriving and vibrant places again, spurring economic development and community revitalization. The presentation will provide insight on the logistics of the project, overall financing structure and incentives used to make the deal happen.
