--  How to precisely calculate your annual retirement plan service costs in hard dollars and distinguish among custodial, record keeping, administration, and advisory fees as well as compare these costs to prior prior years, allowing you to make meaningful benchmarking comparisons.

--  How to differentiate between commission-based brokers and registered investment advisors along with investment education and investment advice in order to make more informed decisions and thorough evaluations of service providers to determine if you are receiving sufficient value in proportion to costs.

--  How to evaluate fundamentals of employer-sponsored retirement plans and investments with resources from industry websites and books related to the industry and apply this knowledge to decisions you make both within as well as outside of your retirement plan.
