Join BOMA/Chicago, AIA Chicago and USGBC-Illinois for a great panel providing expertise and insight to the membership groups of all three Chicago-based organizations regarding Site Selection, Office Build-outs, New Construction, and Renovation projects. A panel of distinguished experts representing BOMA/Chicago members will discuss the full range of concerns from the property owner and developer’s point of view.
Betsy Traczek of the John Buck Company will take up the intricacies of site selection, with an update on current real estate market conditions in the Chicago region. Zeller Realty Group’s Jan Goldsmith will provide insight on office build-outs, lobby renovations, and commercial building reconstruction. CBRE’s Bill Vail will offer his views on new construction, densification, and building owner/tenant relations, as well as the latest amenities being demanded by building owners, developers, and tenants. The panel will be moderated by Bob Quast, Vice President at Lincoln Property Company.
Panelists will share their views on sustainability and the owner’s stake in green building. Throughout the presentation, the panelists will offer advice as to how architects, engineers, contractors, and other building consultants can work most effectively with their own and BOMA/Chicago member companies.
