Interested in renovating or remodeling your home, but don’t know where to begin? AIA Chicago’s free “Working with an Architect” session brings together residential architecture specialists and the general public to talk about choosing an architect, navigating zoning and permit regulations and avoiding costly surprises. Following the session, attendees will have an opportunity to participate in a 15-minute one-on-one consultation with an architect. Homeowners are encouraged to bring along photos, plans or drawings of their homes.
